With the ink not yet dry on Jay Leno’s most recent Tonight Show contract, NBC is already announcing their new 10 P.M. schedule, which looks pretty much like their old 10 P.M. schedule with a few minor adjustments.
NBC scheduling chief Mitch Metcalf patted the network on the back for its lightning-quick changes, saying: “This is a schedule that, given the situation we’re in, we’re really proud of…It has a nice balance of scripted, unscripted, new and returning. No schedule is perfect, but this will serve the needs of our affiliates really well.”
