Look Out For Nicole Anderson in ‘Accused at Seventeen’
Anderson was born in Rochester, Indiana. Her ethnicity is made up of Filipino, Caucasian, and Spanish. She has been performing and acting since she was very young. She competed in gymnastics for a decade during which she won 2 state and 1 national championships.
Anderson was awarded a scholarship to a Georgia modeling school at the age of 13. She then began to study acting and audition. She landed several print ads and television commercials, including Mary Kate & Ashley Online Clothing, Every Girl, Stand Up, and Bratz Pretty ‘n’ Punk & Treasures.
Later on, Anderson gained a few roles in TV shows including Unfabulous, Zoe 101, Nobody, Hanna Montana, iCarly, , and the ABC Family TV movie Princess.
In 2008, Anderson received the role of Macy Misa on the Disney Channel Original Series, JONAS. Anderson plays an obsessed fan of the band, JONAS, as well as the best friend to their stylist Stella Malone (Chelsea Staub), who is one of her real life best friends. Anderson had also auditioned for the role of Stella, it was given to Chelsea instead then the producers decided to give Stella a best friend, and Anderson was given the part as Stella’s best friend Macy instead.
Nicole Anderson starred as Kelly Parker in the ABC Family drama, Make it or Break It, in 2009. She is scheduled to return in 2010.
