You should absolutely still go to the audition! I’m sure there must be something about your headshot that made casting believe you could possibly pass as Latino. Take this as an opportunity to go in meet a casting director and make a fan, whether or not you are perfect for the part. Many actors have been cast for roles playing different ethnicities. Take for example Masiela Lusha who plays George Lopez’s daughter on the “George Lopez Show”, Lusha was cast to play Latina but she is actually Albanian! So just go in and do your best! You may want to watch movies or shows that have characters similar to the one you are reading for and try your best to emulate them. Olivia
